Barndominium builders servicing Liberty county Texas

Anyone have any recommendations for barndominium builders servicing Liberty county in Texas?

Also, a big question... can I get a "new construction" loan for building a barndominium off the side of my existing 40x90 shop structure? Or is this considered an "addition" and not qualify as "new construction"?
