Looks nice, but I can't afford it? Is that a real honda engine, or a chinese knock off? I've never seen a honda carb w/ that style fuel shutoff on a horizontal shaft engine. Actually, i've never seen that style carb on anything but a lawn mower.

Yes it is a clone. Lifan is the brand. One of the better names from china.
