Baseboard/finishing options

While I check around in the gallery on this site, I thought I'd post up my garage and see if anyone has any suggestions.

I plan on finishing it (paint, epoxy floor etc.) the space in 2-3 weeks. The only place I am stumped is the baseboard. It seems most people have a 'curb' where mine is recessed.

Anyone have any ideas? Looking for something easy that will look good and not leave the space looking 'unfinished'

I did epoxy floor and just painted the curb to match the trim, mine is also poured concrete

I used some toeless wall base, since in some places my stemwall juts out from the wall and in some places is flush. I think in looks OK.

In our house garage, we have one wall like that. What I did was cut some spacers the thickness needed at the bottom of the wall, to bring out the block even with the drywall, and used construction adhesive to fasten it to the block. I then use 5 1/2" Colonial baseboard, with small pin nails at the very bottom, and longer nails to go into the bottom plate of the wall. It turned out fine.
