Looking for something to put on the basement floor primarily to keep the dust down. Definitely don't want to grind, Nothing fancy or smelly.

Floor is 20yrs old in very good/near perfect condition..

Was looking at Radonseal or thinking maybe using a densifier ?

Whats a good route ?

What was your basement floor? If it was vinyl or something better go for ceramic on that.

Its currently bare. We have cats and the wife is always sweeping down there and was asking if we could put something down. She seems to think there's a lot of dust so ill give something a try

I used the garage floor paint from Home Depot to seal ours up. I did this because I wanted to keep the dust down now and when I carpet down there. Its been on the floor for 3 years now and is still great. Wifes stupid cats make a mess on it from time to time too with a easy cleanup.

We offer a water based sealer you can apply with a garden sprayer. Inexpensive too.

Email us directly with measurements and we can get you pricing. Thanks.
