The concrete ceilings have no bearing whatsoever on the light choice.

I like an enclosed light, prismatic or frosted diffuser, LEDs, CRI 80-90, 4000k. 4-6k lumens

Run some EMT, anchors, etc. In terms of numbers of units and spacing, there are a few threads here on layouts. Single space, no cabinets, no work surfaces, nothing other that a parking space for street car? This info will drive the design- light to park a car is 4-6 times less than light to detail.

You should know that suggestions here on "what are you guys using?" Will run the gamut from $12 Costco specials to $300 well engineered commercial fixtures.... you might mention if there are any budget concerns

I went with led track lighting and found end that work with conduit. Since the ceiling was concrete I couldn’t use regular lights that needed a box. They are the warm led bulbs which gives it a living room feel and not a garage. This is more of my show room that garage. I have a barn to work in.
