Basement refinishing wiring question

So I've taken the plunge and decided now that lumber is the most expensive it's ever been, I would refinish my basement. Figures. I want to have a separate circuit for my TV and receiver, to avoid feedback in subwoofers. Had that before, and isn't fun to track down and mitigate. I've been told that if you want to avoid ground interference through audio components to keep receivers and amplifiers on the same leg of the panel. I've also seen the discussion of isolated ground circuits.

Would a plain 20A circuit suffice or would an isolated ground be better? I've also read the flip side of that coin, and IG circuits are lightning rods directly to whatever components are on it of its in the wrong setting. Since my basement is unfinished now is the time to get any wiring out of the way since I have access to everything. Sparky's out there, thoughts? Home theater guys?

Are you planning on using broadcast/professional grade components?

Not broadcast, no. Marantz, Epson 5050 projector. Upper entry level stuff.

I have dealt with this kind of stuff before for a PA system in a church. Had to come up with a clean ground and the hum went away. I have never had a problem in a house with just running a normal dedicated circuit, not a isolated ground

Thank you so much! That's what I was figuring, didn't want to have to re-pull 12/3. Already had the 12/2 in place when the ground thing came up.
