Basic residential garage, but with decent sized doors and space around cars. Location is near Ottawa, Canada. Frost protected slab foundation design currently with an engineering firm. Ground a rear of garage is a couple of feet higher than the driveway, to a stem wall will act as a retaining wall.

mine is 30x24x10 I got two door a nd a walk in. door 8xx8 my toyota bar;y fits. no walk by without belly rubbing. my doors are on each end, not side by side

The "barn" garage I'm finishing is very similar except rubble trench foundation, 28 x 32, cut into a slope so floor in back corner is about 3' below grade. Rafters, not trusses.
