I went to Bass Pro today to buy a LED trailer light kit (on sale $30) and had to maneuver around a crowd of people grabbing storage boxes from 3 pallets. They have 2 types available at "5 for $10". You have to buy in multiples of 5 to get the price, regular price is 5.99 or 6.79ea. Perfect for nut & bolt storage. I did not look at 360 but the 370 that I got has movable dividers. 3/4 of the people in line at the registers were buying these boxes so they might not last long. Sale ends March 4.

Model 360 (11" x 7-1/4" x 1-3/4") and 370 (14" x 9-1/8" x 2")

Thanks! Does the 370 have two latches that have been molded in the case like the old plano boxes?

The current plano 3700 series have latches that are sturdier but are 5-6 bucks each. At this price these guys are worth buying for storage you don't use frequently.

these are great! I use them for fishing lures and they've been in a backpack for years and still looks new.

Thanks.

While I dislike paying for shipping, I couldn't see needing 25 boxes -- so I picked up 10 of the 370's for net $2.50/ea after shipping.

I totally didn't need these, I still have probably 30 unused Plano boxes, but for that price I still ordered 40 more. Good deal
Thanks for posting

OP here, glad to see that so many others thought that this was a good deal. I went back today and picked up some more boxes. I was telling the cashier that I posted them on GJ and people here were buying them up. He said that customers were buying them by the shopping cart load, sometimes 2 carts full. He also said that half the buyers were women using them for jewelry and craft supplies.

I doubled my order. Shipping cost stayed the same.
Thanks, OP!

This is a great deal especially for the 370 boxes. I picked up 25 of them. I have stuff in a ton of different size boxes and am looking forward to consolidating them into boxes that are all the same size. It'll make for much easier stacking and storage. Thanks mikegt4!

Bump- got my forty boxes the other day. Apparently they are made by plano for basspro. There is a slight difference in weight- .2 ounces between the plano 3700 and the basspro 370. I could attribute that to the difference in name molded in. The little dividers have the exact same molding numbers on them.

Online ordering has apparently been disabled, but my local store still shows stock of the 370 model.

ETA: Thanks again OP!, great deal.

Got mine today. Top lid has the Bass logo. Bottom actual compartment is marked: Plano. Made in USA. Model 3700.

The sale ad is still up, but I don't see how to make a selection for either the 360s or 370s. Am I missing something or is this deal over? Thanks!

I received my first order on Monday which consisted of 5 boxes. Not the best packaging (none), but they all arrived intact.

Still waiting on the shipping status of my second order when I realized I needed more.

I got a note from Bass Pro earlier today asking if I wanted to continue to wait for the boxes to come back into stock or cancel my order. Look for this email if you are still in the holding pattern for these. I contacted them to tell them I would wait and their reply was as follows:

Thank you for contacting basspro.com. Your business is truly appreciated.
Your order has been marked to remain on hold for you until the item is available for shipment. We expect to replenish our stock of the Bass Pro 370, 214423, during the middle of March (between the 10th and 20th) although this is not guaranteed.
Please contact us again if you require further assistance.

Best regards,
Judy
