Bathroom/utility

Looking to finally finish out my shop. It is a 42x80, I would like to have a bathroom in it. Inside it I want a toilet, sink, water heater, and possibly a urinal. Electrical panel would not have to be in the utility part, it is in another place. I don’t need laundry hook ups, we already have a second laundry room in the house for the nasties.

Also, any suggestion on how much headroom from floor to bottom of loft floor. I have 16 ft sidewalls.

8 feet was the standard for many years, any thing less might feel confining.

8' is where I'd head too.. I'd keep most of the headroom downstairs.
