Battery powered vacs - do not charge under 40 degrees

I was looking around for a battery powered, hand held vac, wall mountable for my unheated garage.

All that I looked at stated "do not charge in ambient temp under 40 degrees" or words to the effect. That statement warns of damage to the battery.

So...

Is anyone aware of a battery powered hand held vac that does not have that temp-limited battery charging warning?

I could remove the vac from its battery charger when I suspect the temp will fall below 40 degrees. But that would be something I don't want to and would likely forget to do on occasion.

The M12 vac ***** in a bad way but if you can live w the form factor of Milwaukee’s 0880-20 it’s fantastic and I can tell you the M18 stuff charges well below 40, and just stops charging without damage if it gets too cold.

The chargers are wall-mountable & the vac could be w a thing called a shelf :D

Milwaukee chargers recommend charging between 40-105 F, but they say the batteries can be used in below freezing temps.
