Battery Strap Attachment

Hey Guys, I am looking for a way to use this type of ******** a project I am working on. Need like a hook of some type that I can bolt down and then use this rubber strap. Have you seen anything that would work. Thank you!

Do you have a hammer and a a vise?

Look up "draw latch strike plate" to get you started. Not sure about sizes. You could also use 2 hooks spaced appropriately. Best of luck.
