bay lift jack

I also have a Bay kift jack made by Bay manufacturing in Torrance, CA. the cylinder is pitted on the inside and won't hold enough air to lift anything. anybody know anything about the company? did it go under or get bought out? Any ideas about where to get a new tube for the cylinder. About 20" long and 11.5" in dia. with 1/4 " wall thickness. and the one end is dome capped. I assume for air volume.
