Look's good. It can be scary when it goes on white like that, but no worries it dries clear :).

Yes, lol .. when I looked this morning it was all clear but a very few spots that must have been a little thicker ... the garage was only 59 degeres .. so will take a bit longer to dry . but the instructions said as long as it was 50 or above.

Codes are different all over the country/world, but did they allow you to build and attach to the existing structure on an existing slab without a perimeter footing?

By the way, the addition looks good!

The garage looks good. Painting the OSB really brightened everything up. I've started installing OSB in my garage.Tried using drywall screws but it mushrooms the osb. Just wondering how you secured the sheets and do you have any tips or things that you would of done different.

It was nailed I do believe .... my uncle did it, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't screws.

Out in the country ... but the slab did have at least a 12" footing all around already. Weather isn't bad here, so we don't have to worry about the ground freezing.

Great garage. Epoxy floors gives it a completely look!!! Can't wait to see your next post with cabinets in. Interested to see how you layout out your space since you were not able to go very deep in your build. Keep the pictures comin!!!!
