O man, somebody *****. $40? :scared: I really like that drawer layout. From what I have heard. Beach is along the lines of an older waterloo/craftsman/mac, but honestly no 1st hand experience. :dunno:

Unfortunately it's been sold. I'm not sure what the seller was thinking ... or if he even was at all. That is a great box and worth a LOT more that a case of beer which was basically what he was asking for it.

Too bad. I am going to be in Barrie tomorrow!

I have a Snap-on chest/roller combination from the late 60's and a Beach combination from the mid 70's. Both have friction sliders. I bought the Snap-on used in 69' and the Beach new about 3 or 4 years later. I wouldn't get rid of either but if I had to I'm not sure which would go first. Beach cabinets of that era, same as the one pictured above, are that good. Just my opinion of course.
