I am attempting to remove the inducer motor on a Beacon Morris heater. I removed the three nuts holding it in place and it does come forward but not out all the way. The shaft seems to be hung up or stuck in the housing. I don’t want to force it out in case I damage something. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

If you kept pulling you can mess up the fan wheel connected to the motor

You need to unscrew the 4 screws on that metal plate the inducer motor is connected to. The motor and plate will come right off. Don’t mess up the insulation.

Thanks again C2F, I posted two pictures for future reference in case anyone has the same question. I did a thorough cleaning of the fan and housing as well as the office for the vacuum tube. Working well now.
