Hi all. Does anyone know where I can get a true 7" roof flange and storm collar to install this heater?

I have a new Beacon Morris 75K unit and bought the separate combustion air kit from Menards. For those not familiar the kit combines the combustion and flue venting into a single roof (for me) penetration. For flue there is a 4" B vent that runs up and through a junction box to vent the flue gases. The intake is a 4" single wall running to the junction box and then becomes a 7" and the fresh air gets sucked in below a pizza pan looking piece of tin that prevents flue gasses from getting sucked in.

The problem is getting a 7" roof flange and storm collar. Menards doesn't sell it. I've been to two different roofing supply houses and they have what is labeled a 7" but it actually measures 8" so there is a huge gap between the vent pipe and the storm collar. Not so good for keeping storms out.

For those that have installed the kit like this where did you get the roof flashing?

Thank you in advance! I'm so close to having a new heater.. Ughhhh.

Thank you for the replies on this. I *think* what I'm going to do is use an existing 6" flange currently in place for the heater I'm retiring. I can trim back just a bit and the 7" should slide right through.

I'm still unsure on the storm collar. Probably going to try and order a 7" if I can find one that measures a true 7' online. What I believe is generally labeled 7 is for a double wall B vent or other pipe that has a larger outside diameter. The link dfiler2 sent kind of corroborates that. My other option is to buy the larger one and snip it so I can overlap it and make it smaller using a screw to secure it.
