Here is info about my last Bead Roller. I have a variable speed motor using a foot controller. The top shaft will slide in/out over 1” and had a quick clamp that returns to any set position for roller pressure.

Hey tom,
Can you estimate about how much material would cost to build your machine?
Did you make your own dies? Are the arbors the same for typical die sets so i can purchase them from manufacturers since i cant make my own?
