To be clear this will be fully engineered (what ever system I go with) so I am not trying to short cut that.
Right now I am looking at pricing and different options such as masonry, ICCF, pre fab and a full blown steel structure. Prefab may need to many mods to be cost effective.
Could I get some input on the attached member sizes as I am trying to calculate cost based on weight.
Do these sizes feel OK, Light, or are they too heavy.
No seismic requirements in the area. Just wind and a little snow.
Basically simple column and perimeter beams with bar joist spanning.
No equipment on the roof.
