Greetings!

I’m in the process of restoring a Craftsman model 100 bench top drill press. I’m at the point where I want to order new bearings but when I follow the link to the reference, it tells me what bearings were original and then a note saying “see below for accurate replacement”. As many times as I’ve looked “below”, I don’t see the information.

I imagine one of the “learned” will point me in the right direction while under their breath thinking, “here ya go dummy”, because it’s probably painfully obvious as to where it is.

Thanks in advance and please, be kind, I’m new at this.

Be well
Jeff

I put C-0 fit bearings in when I rebuild these and also double seal (greased for life vs shield where oil can be added). C-0 is probably more important for the spindle than the pulley. C-0 have tighter clearances than C-3 bearings, thus less potential runout. I get mine through Motion. Maybe a little more $ but not cheap China stuff. I put SKF in the pulley and NSK in the spindle.
