I picked up this Bearing Separator yesterday at an Estate Sale. At first I didn't see any markings on it due to the grease. When I removed the grease I saw the words USA with what looks like the number "2" which looked like the same number type "2" used by Snap On in 1992, and another marking. Although it doesn't have the Snap On name, could it be a Snap On product? Thanks. ."

Unlikely to be Snap-On because of the lack of markings. More likely to be from the vendor that supplied Snap-On, and left unbranded for sale through other channels. The fact that it is marked USA makes it unlikely to be a knockoff import.

It looks like it has had a hard life, but if assembled properly (one side needs to be flipped over so the jaws match up) it should work properly and last a long time!

Very doubtful that it's Snap-on, as Provincial has noted.
It is not OTC (Owatonna Tool Company) (see https://www.ebay.com/itm/384179240419)
I do not recognize the herald mark forged into the yoke. You might try getting a clearer image of that and posting it and maybe somebody can make sense of it.
It could have been made by any number of different companies.
