I only do Sun Moose. Besides, it's way too far a drive. In the day, the styling was referred to as the "Buck Rogers" look -- because of the futuristic design. I can definitely see why it was associated with a fictional mid-20th century space explorer.

It would be fun to have around just cause it looks damned cool if nothing else. It would look right at home next to an old school rod in a well used workin shop.

That's the right setting for this thing - absolutely. Back in 2002 I saw the exact same model go for $5500 at an auction, and it wasn't even working, nor was it in such good cosmetic shape --

Beauty and price are definitely in the "eye of the beholder" on this one.
