So I just picked this up for $60 off the local classified. How did I do? :)

Beaver Model 2700.

Needs a little cleaning, but it runs great the motor is a year old, everything is tight no wobble. It is missing the pulley cover on the top, but hey I am not complaining (yet anyway)

That's a great lookin Beaver. Glad to hear it's still nice and tight. For $60, you got a great deal on a lightly used Beaver - sometimes they get pretty loose when they're that old.

The only thing I'd be cautious of are the two ********* balls on the right side. They just don't look right hanging off a Beaver.
