Bedpak lift help

Hope someone can give some insight here. I installed a 10k bedpak 2 post with wedge anchors 3/4. Instructions said raise posts and drill 4 inches. I called to confirm with bedpak if this is 4 inches with the plate or 4 inches concrete depth. The told me 4 inches including the plate which is 5/8th. So long story is I torqued everything down and admiring my work thought the anchors were quite high. Measured and yes all anchors only have 2 7/8 embedment in concrete. This was caused by the anchor lifting 1/2 ish inches to grab the wedge.

I need to remove these anchors and replace them anyone have any great ideas how to do this without destroying the concrete? Moving the lift to a diff location is sadly not an option in the small space. Cutting out the floor would be impossible as I have radiant heat. Slab is 6 inches, I drilled 3-3/8 following the instructions.

I am at a loss of how to fix this issue without making a royal mess. I don’t mind buying new anchors or upsizing.

Sorry, I had more than that written but apparently messed it up somehow.. I meant to add cut those off and move the lift as little as possible and add new. If you drive them down it will blow out too much concrete, and if you pull them it will also likely mess up the concrete. I tried it like the video and two of them broke a massive chunk of concrete free.

You could also add the big base plates. Might be the best option. They get their own new anchors.
