I'd be happy to measure and post a picture of my spring after the holidays. Pretty sure as long as it fits in the detentes, and pushes the sight away from the body of the air pistol, that any spring will do.

Received mine with the vertical sight adjustment screw, nut, and spring loose in the packaging. Lost the spring when I tried to put it all together. It went flying and haven't been able to find it. *****. The whole thing is worthless without sights.

I may try to contact the manufacturer and see if I can get a replacement.

Good thing it was only eight bucks.

Recieved mine today, just in time to pole an eye out. Went and used a $10 Dicks cash to grab a variety pack of ammo for $.50

Does anyone have a preference for ammo? Mainly looking to take out squirrel, **** if it will handle it.
I like the ones with a point on the end, its easier to load them.21a4369ec3b7dbf2cc156d1949cd3574.jpg

Hi everybody.

I missed out on this deal and have been checking the price daily for weeks. It fluctuates between $29 and $33.

If anybody wants to get rid of theirs or bought an extra, PLEASE ping me. I would love to buy it. Thank you.

I might have ended up with an extra, but won't know for a day or two.

Thanks Quatro, that would be great. Yeah, I have a hardware store not too far away that may have something that size...

I don’t think these are powerful enough to “take out” a squirrel or ****. Perfect for teaching them a lesson, but not a kill shot. Mine won’t even dent a 55 gallon drum.

I bought two and after a few test fires one of them seems to have blown a seal. Takes no strength at all to **** it and barely puffs when trigger is pulled. So one is going back...

I bought 3 for Christmas presents. It may kill a squirrel if you hit it perfectly. No way it’s killing a ****

Edited to add: Yellow circled depressions in 3rd pic are where the spring is placed as the sight closes on it's hinge

Single shot then reload. There is no magazine to speak of.

might be the reason I send mine back, but for $7, it's hard to argue on sending back. Might be enough of a decoy to scare some intruders. If I didn't pick up a variety pack of pellets at Dicks for $.50 after $10 coupon, I would have gifted or returned I think.

***** are tough. I shot one in a trap that was sick with my air rifle and it couldn't penetrate the skull. I've taken rabbits and squirrels with the air rifle but so far nothing bigger than a chipmunk with the Beeman pistol.

Nooooooooo. A pellet gun isn't a home defense weapon. You need a pump shotgun ($200-$300) or a 357 Magnum/9mm.

It's kinda silly to think a pellet gun is any type of home protection. I wasn't a "gun guy", but bought a Taurus 38 special snubby. I keep +p hollow points in it and it's on a shelf. Also I just picked up a Ruger Standard 22 semi-automatic.

It takes like 15 minutes to wait for the FFL background check to get processed at a gun store.

This isn't the venue to get into what inevitably becomes a long winded **** wagging debate on all things guns, and I'm hardly any kind of authority on the matter, but... AFA home defense goes I'll agree with your shotgun suggestions. AFA a .357 or something similar for home defense I think the down range danger is such to make them unsuitable.

Yeah I agree -- not really the right venue/thread, but when someone starts mentioning an air gun in the same sentence as home defense/deterrant then my Spidey senses leap out and just want to say no that's a bad idea.

i just used a piece of cardboard until the sights were where i wanted. Lots of ways you could jury-rig something.

Finally got mine after 3 weeks. The first one got lost, asked for a replacement on Dec 26 and it showed up today. Surprised the local Ace Hardware and TSC don't sell pellets, so ordered some Crossmans from Amazon.
It has a decent weight to it at 26.6 ounces, almost the same as an unloaded Sig P229.
The location of the safety is very annoying as no other modern gun I know of has one there. I can't reach it with my shooting hand (right) so it requires activation with the thumb of my support hand (left). This may be a good trainer for left hand shooting tho! The fiber optic sights were a nice surprise. Wish it had a rail to mount a light or laser as it would make a fun nighttime shooter.
Should make for a fun indoor shooter too.
Thanks OP for the lead!

Thanks for the heads up on this deal. Received mine, and the rear sight screw was completely backed out. Since others had already dealt with this issue, I was looking for it and carefully opened the package without anything getting lost.
It's a bit hard to **** the thing, my wife and grandkids can't come close to doing a reload, but it is plenty fun to play range safety officer, and handle all the cocking and loading duties while the family spends time together poking holes in targets and cans. This thing is no joke. It is surprisingly accurate after dialing in the sights using a shotbag rest. It will easily kill a squirrel. :) Go ahead, ask me how I know!

Oh yeah, I don't care much for the safety location or operation. It isn't very decisive. But, for the price and the punch this thing makes, and the fun it gives, I have a hard time complaining about anything.

Had some fun with it today. Dialed in the sights and I'm consistently hitting a beer can from 40 ft....this thing is as accurate as my .22! And it doesn't disturb the neighbors.
