I don't want to drag this out so this will be my last post on this subject. I know I'm new to this forum and probably a bit naive I guess but I thought this forum was filled with guys who love tools and can trust each other at least as far as one can on a social networking site. But let's face it we use the honor system every time we buy or sell something from the classifieds section. Does the honor system only extend as far as the classifieds section? As for my original question, I could have lived with a simple "i'd rather not say" or even a "go f*ck yourself" I could live with. But outright deception is another thing. Again I might be naive but after the response I received I did no research on the sale because I thought I could believe it, but I guess that was the goal. I know ultimately it was my fault for not doing my own research. Sorry for the rant but I hope some of you guys see my point.

dude, its a ******* estate sale, get over it. Garage/estate/tag sales are not part of the "hot deals" section, do your ******* homework and quit whining...please quit talking down on this otherwise full of win thread...
