Found this site looking at flooring options to fix my jacked up floor, now the floor is about 15 items down the list. Lol

Figured at 55 yrs old I'm ready to make it right and pry it back from the little woman using it as a catch all.

Pod delivered and gutted the thing last weekend. The purge is the added bonus.

Going for a cool industrial look. Looking to start a build thread when I get the time. The madness has begun.....

New attic
Upgrade electrical
Insulation
Drywall
Paint
Paint industrial shelving
Rebuild work bench
New air lines...19 years on pvc, try something different??.. Lol
Add AC/heat
New Washer/dryer..unfortunately only place for it, for now
Modular floor, major spalling, think it's the best long term option
Tired of thinking about it. Glad to be acting

Thanks Toothaker. It all started with a 'self buy' fathers day present this year of a new Milwaukee kick *** roll around from HD to replace my two SK/Mac top boxes I inherited in the early eighties

Humor aside, I'm in the same place as you, perhaps two years ahead of you. But at the pace I'm making progress, you may soon catch up. :)

Two years ago I started converting my 960 sq. ft. garage from a warehouse storage facility into a garage. I've put in a 90 amp sub panel, and completely rewired the garage. Put in heat and A/C. Not using either, as I'm still insulating. Added new lighting, got some actual tool boxes, and found out I had a lot more tools than I thought.

You didn't list lighting in your project list. Maybe you have great lighting already, or you've just not thought about it yet. There are some really good threads here about lighting.

Upgraded to LED a couple years ago, huge difference, but yes gonna add two more LED's and a motion activated light for the attic.
