I have been lurking on and off for some time. I have a decent 30 x 30 garage, but I have no room to do anything in it anymore. My wife and I are finally moving after years of searching, downsizing the house, and up-sizing the garage. I will be going into a ten-car garage. The place is a little chopped up, but I like the fact that three bays are sealed off from the area that will be the "shop." will post some pics when I get some good ones.
