Reason I posted this is because I usually drink Lonestar, PBR, or Miller High...but I picked this up over the holidays and I loved it....good sweet taste made with peaches and pecans. Give it a try & Cheers guys!

I like to try all kinds of beer. However, the staple in my fridge is Yuengling in the can. Keeps it draft fresh without the need for the preservatives they put in the bottle.

Actually here in the Northwest we have more micro breweries than you can visit in an afternoon's brew-tour. And if you take the entire west coast as far East as CO, the list is almost more than a full page.

That said, the local taste for craft ales seems to lean towards the hoppier styles like IPA. A few brewers are producing some great porters and stouts as well. As might be obvious from my reply, I'm not terribly brand loyal. If I were pressed to nominate a beer to occupy place of choice I'd probably select one of the IPA's. But in reality, the beer fridge resides not in the garage but in the house. Once the cap is popped, the tools stay in the cabinet or on the bench. I'm speaking more as a woodnut guy than a wrench jockey. I've got too many tools in my woodshop that are eager to make it hard to count to ten without taking off my shoes. Alcohol and sawdust is a volatile mixture.

My tastes are pretty varied, but usually low-budget. I typically drink High Life, Hamms, Coors Light, or PBR. Lately I've been on a cider kick...Wyders, Woodchuck (just finished a Woodchuck Amber), Hornsbys, Fox Barrel, etc. Sometimes I'll drink bourbon in the garage, usually Jim Beam, Evan Williams, or Red Stag, usually mixed with Dr. Pepper...

I find it hard to drink the cheaper beers. Here's a few I gravitate towards:

Abita - Turbodog
Sweetwater - IPA, Georgia Brown, "tackle box" (variety pack).
Sam Adams - Imperial Stout
Guinness - Extra Stout, Foreign Extra Stout
Terrapin - Moo Hoo
Shiner - Bock, Bohemian Black Lager
Duck Rabbit - ANYTHING!!! Mmmmmm... so good! Obvious winner. Wish it was more readily available.

I like Woodchuck as well. If I am lucky I find Strongbow and if the cider gods smile on me I find Woodpecker cider. Magner's is also good.

Hamar - can you say that fast after 6 - 8 beers?
I like Point Special - available here in Wisconsin. Newcastle Brown Ale is really good, but too expensive for guzzling.
I don't have a fridge in the garage, but maybe next summer I'll have to get one.
