I wouldn't buy a Fastcap measuring tape. I have one I bought a number of years ago that looks like that and it is sweating. It's some sort of silicone or rubber shell and that material is oozing.

You will be hard press to find a pure metric tape measure in the US. I had to get mine pure metric tape in Germany.
