I have heard every excuse in the book so far from the foundation guy. Weather, blown hose on backhoe, etc. Hopefully late next week, after the new hose comes in, ground will be broken. I already did my part of clearing the landscaping, fence, and tree removal. I am putting a 16X26 addition on the existing garage. I wanted to go detached and bigger but the local codes would not let me and I am on a corner, so I have some major setbacks. The existing garage is 20' deep and 24' wide. I will be 16' wide and 26' deep. The rear will be flushed with the original garage and it will stick out 6' in the front. There will be a man door on the driveway side were it sticks out 6' in the front. 10' ceiling with a 12X8 over head door. Here are some progress pictures and I will update as it goes on.
