Beginning of a roll cable kink

Bought some 2-2-2-4 MHF for my sub panel. Got the first section off a new spool from lowes. It's got a kink in it from where it was folded over the spool.
Should I cut that section off or run it? It's inly about a foot from the end of it

If you have extra then cut it off,it won't make much difference besides looks. No exposed wires

I wont let it happen next time.
I didnt think much of it until I got home and started fishing. I know aluminum will bend a lot but that looked pretty bad. Who know if it had any dead strands or not.

Rookie mistake.

I always think of powerlines like water lines and any kink is a point of resistance to flow.
