Behr Concrete Primer

Wondering what the experts have to say on this or another off-the-shelf local primer? Its new construction, very clean garage and wasnt even planning on primer but for the price I could. Do you think it would hurt or help my epoxy installation?

Then, for the clear... is there a good off-the-shelf 100%solid/high solids polyurethane clear that can be used as well? Trying to do this on a budget but want to hit all 3 steps...

I would purchase all three products from the same reputable manufacturer. It sounds like you are piece-mealing your system together and if something goes wrong you are holding the bag.

When I painted my stem wall, I used Zinsser 1-2-3 (and Benjamin Moore latex outdoor paint). I saw that Behr concrete primer and thought about using it. While the Zinsser isn't concrete-specific, it is listed as one of the applications in the spec. Given the relative reputations of the companies' products in general, I went with Zinsser. It seems to work well, but its only been a few weeks (not even done yet), so no idea as to durability. No idea if a primer is appropriate for an epoxy. I'd check with the the manufacturer.
