Behr Garage Floor Paint Fail

We painted our 3 car and used the same process for each (see below) before laying down the paint, but one of the garages paint was torn up as soon as the car pulled out for the first time. Any thoughts suggestions?

That said car has stickier tires. They got hot, you parked said car. The paint is stuck to tires better than floor. You have said result.

Not a good choice for floor covering in my experience. See this all the time.

Patch the paint with the same material you used originally.

Get online with Justin from Garage Flooring LLC, he can set you up with a full mat or a poly-decking product that will isolate your tires from the painted surface.

This will never go away and is the reason folks choose a better product (two part epoxies, polyaspartics, etc...) for a garage application. Your paint would be better suited for a basement application or a garage without cars in it.

Do better research next time? Well documented that this type of stuff *****. I've lived through it (application by prior owner). You're just gonna have to keep touching up or switch.

Just park on mats. Added bonus is the matts will help contain dirt and moisture brought in by the car.....

I went with the seal-krete stuff when I did my garage as that was what is in my budget. I use mats to park on as both my cars run sticky tires. Never tempted fate parking on the paint. Still looks good after over 2 years.

The mats are the harbor freight anti-fatigue mats. Some were bought on sale 4 to a pack for $6.99, the rest were given to me by a friend.
