Hello Guys,

I just want to show the rebuild of my new workshop.
The first thing to tackle is the roof as it was leaking and not isolated.
We had to remove the old roofing and wood panels first.

The rebuild shows new OSB3 and PIR isolation plates 12cm (4,75 inch).
If the weather is good we will glue the EPDM on the roof.

Looks good !

In the US they usually top that off with a light coating of fine gravel. It is supposed to help with water evaporation as well as holding to top layer of rolled material down from wind.

Looks great! Insulation will make a big difference.

That is a possibility, but I will glue it.
At this moment the EPDM is just posed on roof with some stuff holding it down at the borders.
I am waiting for better weather to glue it. It should be +5° C - 41°F. But it's preferably 10 degrees hotter.
At the moment we took the pictures it was almost freezing

Hey Guys,

This weekend I removed the back Garage door. (almost 157.48 inch high and 220 inch wide.)
The door was in steel and not used anymore for years.
So I will make timber framed wall with a big window and door.
