I Just found a 10 inch Curved handle Adjustable Wrench Marked B&C, Looking on EBAY I seen that some Folk are listing them as B&C Railroad Wrench but I do believe that is FALSE. There was Never a B&C Railroad. The B&C stands for the Company Bemis & Call. They made Many Wrenches that were Bought, Marked BY and Used By RR Mechanics but the B&C initials does NOT Stand for any specific RR at all that I can Find.
...Am I Right about this or Not ? Please Post Pics of Your B&C Tools, Love to see more and get more info about this company. Thanks

Many Ebay sellers are simply not "tool people". Look at their other listings. If their listings are rife with Hummel figurines, teapots, used children's clothing, 1970's vintage popcorn makers, odds are it's just some retiree trying to make a couple bucks that doesn't know how to do the research.

Not a B&C but I've got a curved adjustable by Wescott. 6"er

And I know Blue Bird (Bergman) made a style like that, too.

Burlington & Colorado Railroad seems to have existed at least 1882-1908

That's a New One to me!! Good to Know... When I Googled B&C RR, B&O RR kept coming up but no mention of any B&C Burlington & Colorado RR ...That's what made me search B&C Tools and I found Bermis & Call. I have Never heard of it in all the years I've been collecting RR memorabilia. Thanks for bringing that up, now I will b searching for more info on it.

As stated above, Bemis and Call (B&C) was a hardware manufacturer most known for their adjustable wrenches. I have a set of 6 B&C curved handle wrenches ranging from 6 to 14". Each has Bemis and Call, Springfield Mass. stamped in small setters of the side of the fixed jaw in addition to their B&C logo cast on the handle.

I have the same one that’s at the top of your board. These are my two favorite wrenches in my machine shop for loosening tail stocks etc., my vintage 12 inch crescent and the B+C
