Bench Grinder guard ID

I'm having the toughest time identifying this grinder guard. Can anyone help ID it?
I don't think it is Delta, Baldor, or Craftsman because the mounting style is different. I've only found Stanley grinders to have this style of grinder guard.

That appears to be a seriously good quality piece. What's the diameter?

There must be a bench grinder guard/tool rest/water pot graveyard somewhere, as half the grinders I see out there are missing one, both or parts of all three.

So from the wear pattern, it was off an 8" grinder?

I think you got it. It looks to be from an 8" Van Dorn.
