Bench Grinder Replacement Plug

I have an old Wissota bench grinder that dates back to around 1980. Over the years, the 3 prong plug has been damaged and needs to be replaced. Does anyone here have a made in the U.S.A. source for electrical replacement parts? I really want to keep Chinese garbage off my electrical system. Thanks!

The attached pic is what my grinder will look like after restoration. I have the same model.

Do you want a replacement plug, or do you want a replacement cordset? By the way, most of your existing power tools if made in the last few years will have import cordsets on them.

I'm looking for just the plug. The rest of the cord set is perfectly fine and just needs to be cleaned.

I believe Both Hubble and Leviton cord plugs are made in the US.

I agree Hubble or Leviton. I use the Leviton "Preferred" or better yet "Professional" grade plugs and receptacles found at Home Depot. I like the plugs that light up when energized ... you quickly see if the power is on and if everything is wired correctly. The amount of juice the tiny LED takes is not material. For some applications I like the twist-lock receptacles and plugs, but I haven't found any light up. I either can't remember or didn't take note of the country of origin.

Go to your local Ace Hardware, they sell a variety of good quality replacement plugs.
