M micromind Well-known member Joined Sep 24, 2023 Messages 3,089 Location Fernley, Nevada, about 30 miles east of Reno. Jan 20, 2025 #2 White is the incoming neutral, black is the incoming hot, red and blue go to a capacitor that is not there. I have no idea of the rating of it.

A picture of the whole grinder or a data plate would also help others who could have additional information or own the same model and be willing to help.
