Bench Vise identification

My first vise .. I purchased this vise locally .. it’s huge and it weighs a ton! The jaws open really wide . It’s really overkill for my bike repair business. I just loved the look of it . There are no identifying labels/names anywhere on the body. Would anyone know who made this vise and any info about the features and uses for this type of vice.

Yes , I paid $150 Canadian dollars .. I had met with the seller to purchase another advertised vise with dual jaws that rotates . The seller showed me this one as well .. I couldn’t pass it up .. ended up buying both

Looks like someone had a main nut and spindle and fabricated an entire vise around it. Pretty neat. I've never seen anything like it.
