Who owns one?

How well do they work?

What is the going rate for a nice working unit?

I found one, the previous owner stated he added DRO's to the X/Y axis.

Comes with some original collets, some new ones and a few collet adapters, and 6 assorted cutters

I owned one years ago. It was to light for my needs. Be aware that the lead screw for the knee sticks out the bottom of the machine ~18" so that area under the machine has to be clear. You can do small work with them OK. Another feature missing is the quill. If you want to drill a hole then you have to raise the knee while drilling. I would guess the machine is worth less than $750 as described. How ever they have a following and the price has some collectibility value in it. Most of these machines you can buy and sell without loosing any money so it is not a depreciating asset.

If this is your first machine and in a price range you can afford then go for it. Consider it a learning tool that you use to discover what YOU really need.
