benchtop grinder problem

I got a grinder that runs good a few minutes and then slow and stops. Motor feels a little to hot. Grinding wheel moves freely. Is this motor repairable or trash?

Sounds like either a run capacitor or a winding is bad
Open it up to look for a burnt winding or take it to a motor shop for testing
