Evening garage aficionados,

One of my air lines is leaking at the fitting. The fitting at one of the safety locks (4 post). The sleeve inside the fitting is mangled. I ran up to home depot, purchased a 1/4 plastic/nylon sleeve, it was different than the one on the line but as its all they had I thought I'd give it a try - it didn't work. Anybody have a suggestion or a linky linky would be super appreciated. tia JB

Have you tried pulling it out without releasing it, that sometimes works. I always wondered if it was metric as I had a leaky repair for years but just dealt with it until recently. After the move to my shop I ended up replacing all of it including the fittings.

I had a couple that were damaged on my used BendPak so I replaced them with these:
I don't lower my lift often but they seem to be working well.

Thanks Klammer. Mine are slightly different. It is not a T mine is where the line connects to the air cylinder/piston that retracts the safety lock. I called Bendpak and they directed me to send an email which I did and no response yet and it's been a week. Has been the Holidays and everything.
