Bending attachment for bench vise?

I have seen pics of an attachment for a bench vise that allows a user to bend rod, tubing, etc in small sizes. I'm wondering if anyone has one or knows where to get one.

That would be very usefull for bending brake line and what not.

Here is one that I have but it is from the 50's. Works pretty good. You might try searching the auction sites for Metl Former.

You never know, one may turn up.
