Bending corrugated

I wonder if there is any way to diy bending corrugated in this way?

The local metal place said “nope” and they didn’t know of anyone who could make the bends.

I’ve seen some clunky machines on youtube but the project is bigger than I’d like to take on.

Seems like there are lots of old water tanks and silos make out of similar so there must be a good 1920’s way of doing this.

Some round planters would be nice. Or attempt a small water tank.

With the right forms, I can imagine cranking steel through a couple of rollers. Has anyone seen such a thing?

I am going to preface my statement as completely from the hip, but I bet you have to roll the curve into the metal before you corrugate it. My guess order of operation would be cut to desired section size/length , roll metal, then corrugate it.

Looks exactly like it. No need to reinvent that wheel, I think. It's not cheap, though.

Corrugated panels are bent with a special roller that conforms to the corrugations. Few shops will have these. It's not something you'll do at home.
