Bending round bar

How do I bend round bar? Any ideas for a jig. I want to bend it similar as in the photo.

weld two pins to a steel plate and bend it around them. use heat for the tight radius bends

Metal Craft USA makes some nice scroll benders. I bought one of theirs a while back. It works very well. Versus the by hand methods it can save you multiple hours on a single project.
