I am about to purchase a Bendpack HD9XW with the caster kit so I can move the lift occasionally when its in my way.

Does anyone have any pics of the electrical setup? Are you using a long whip to route the power from the wall or ceiling to the power box?

I doubt I will be moving it often - but when I do, I might need power to raise or lower. Should I install 2 - 220V outlets or whips or just do a longer one?

Any ideas or pics of setup would be appreciated.

I've got the same setup, you are purchasing. I have a 30 amp circuit for my lift and welder. On the lift, I installed a 20' long #10 whip. I also have a 25' long #10 cord that I had made for my welder. I use that in conjunction with the lift, there is no need for me to have multiple 220 outlets.

I found it much easier to put a short pigtail on the lifts, ending in a locking 4-pin plug, and use a 25-foot 4-conductor generator cord to connect it to the wall. You could do it a little cheaper with 3-pin connectors and an HD extension cord. In any case, I think having a long cord coiled up on the lift is unnecessarily in the way.

If you use a cord that matches the welder, or compressor, or whatever, it's trivial to move the cord from the lift to the tool and back.
