The air lock lines on my Bendpack HD9 leak. The lines and fittings are a push lock rubber or plasastic 1/4" line and they leak at the fittings. The lines usually last about 6-8 months before they start to leak. Is there any alternative line system that will not leak? The lines usually last about 6-8 months before they start to leak.

My HD9 is about 10 or 15 years old, and the lines have never leaked. Where are you purchasing the lines? Mine came with my lift, and I would recommend buying them directly from BendPak. I know that the lines are used on other items, so you might be able to find them at a truck supply store.

Same for me, mines 20yrs old and I only ever had one leak which was the coil lead to the controls. Buy from a reputable place, I get my pneumatic fitting from McMaster

My lift is around 14 years old, and so far I've had to rebuild the main ram and the bridge jack ram in addition to the air lock lines leaking. I've also replaced most all the air lines and one of the 90º fittings. The largest vehicle that has been on it is a 2006 F150.
