Bendpack Lift Accessories

Any Bendpack owners,dealers or some one in the know does this part even exist.This is what I need to lift my 60 F-100 pickup with out smashing the lower cab and box before the lift pads reach the frame rails

Should have come with the lift. Mine came with a set of 3" and 6" risers. They can be stacked to create a 9" riser. The frame cradle had to be purchased separately.
