Bendpak 4 post install manual

Hey guys I’ve never ran into a problem like this. I’m installing a 4 post bendpak and I can’t find install dims anywhere or parts breakdown. It’s a Bendpak HD-14LSXE manufacturing date 01/20/2009
The cables on the plate don’t match up to anything and the longest one I see they made is 243” from column to column and this is around 252” with the lift on the floor.

Have you tried calling Bend Pak? I hope you have better luck with them than I did. I bought their Ranger car dollies. Without making this into a rant, it all came down to my asking then to stop sending stuff. . The bearings in the casters are lengths of coat-hanger wire. The casters do not swivel or roll.
I gave up on getting a fix from them. I made my own and the problem was solved

I asked for cables from bendpak on this and the ones they told me to order didn’t match the length on serial tag and it took them a week to reply I’ll try contacting them Tuesday

That is the extra long "Limo" series alignment lift.

Some people in customer service at bendpak are dumb as rocks IMO
