Had a HD9 for a few months now. Been working great. Lately when I am raising or lowering it there seems to be a high frequency vibration developing while it is moving. You cant see anything but can feel it coming through the ramps and at the motor.
I have adjusted the cables to adjust for the initial stretching. All the ramps are level and the locks all click into place pretty much as one big thump as it climbs the ladders. I have lubed everything up as directed. Have watched the workings under the power ramp while it is moving and everything looks normal.

Anyone had this or have any suggestions what to look for?
Also will be calling Bendpak later but just wondering if anyone here has some good info.

Thanks

are they dragging hard ? they should hardly ever touch, if dragging all the time they can cause that type of vibration

Well they slide up and down the ladders. I don't really see any adjustability in that area. What would be your suggestion on this? I lubed them up pretty good to minimize friction.

Called bendpak and they recommended adding some hydraulic anti-chatter fluid to the fluid reservoir.
Never heard of this stuff before. Anyone used this and have a brand recommendation?
